Cadbury Return Policy?
Cadbury.co.uk has a detailed return policy. If there is a problem with the order, including shortages, damages, or incorrect items, the customer should contact Cadbury as soon as possible. Replacements can only be made within 28 days of receipt of goods. If a replacement cannot be fulfilled, it may be necessary to issue a refund. The refund will only be issued to the original purchaser's card used to place the order and will be made once the goods are returned.
Under the Consumer Protection Regulation, customers also have the right to cancel the contract and obtain a refund within 7 working days, beginning the day the goods are delivered. If delivery charges were paid, these will also be refunded, but if only part of the order is returned, delivery charges are not obliged to be reimbursed.
Goods must be in fully resaleable condition to be returned. If they are not, the right to refuse all or part of the refund on the order is reserved. Customers must inform Cadbury of cancellation of contract as soon as possible within the 7 working day period allowed.
Please note that Personalised Sleeves cannot be changed, modified or cancelled once the order is placed. In the event of cancellation and return of a personalised order, only the sale value of the chocolate will be refunded, provided that Cadbury is notified of the wish to cancel within 7 working days. This does not affect statutory rights.
In the event of damage or breakage, it may be necessary to arrange a replacement or a refund. If a refund is necessary, it will only be issued to the sender's card - i.e. the card used to purchase the goods in the first instance; and will not be made until goods are returned. Replacements can only be made within 28 days of receipt of goods.
